Sustainable extraction with a resource-saving plant
Our extraction plants can be used in various areas. Whether single-stage or multi-stage, batch or continuous operation, they are prepared for all requirements that may arise in the process. Thanks to the integrated percolation, production times can be reduced and the use of solvents can also be minimised. The latest measurement technology always provides full control of the process and contributes to high quality at all times. Extract drainage using a vacuum in batch extraction ensures less loss and higher yields. In addition to percolation, we also offer plants for maceration, liquid-liquid extraction and other specialities such as agitator extractors, belt or screw extractors and carousel extractors for continuous operation for higher throughputs. All in all, our customers process more than 300 different raw materials and solvents on extraction plants ranging from pilot to large-scale production.
Our extraction systems can be combined with plants for evaporation and drying. Of course, we develop individual and customised solutions specifically for you for these and other requirements.
